Information Architecture
Status: V1, AEGIS content/governance baseline after ARCUS skeleton handoff. Last reviewed: 2026-05-21
Purpose
This Wiki is a private, Access-protected reading and retrieval surface for curated Robert/maschke.ai knowledge. It is not a raw archive, not a memory dump, and not a runtime store.
V1 Navigation
- Start — orientation, current status, write boundaries.
- Governance — information architecture, intake rules, source allowlist, content lifecycle.
- Knowledge Areas — curated pages grouped by subject:
maschke.aiAWX / AgentsCustomersOperations- Ops — deployment/access documentation owned by ARCUS; content owner only references it.
- Handover — temporary coordination notes between ARCUS, AEGIS, and Robert.
Knowledge Area Rules
maschke.ai
Brand, positioning, offers, tone, website/product knowledge. Source of truth remains maschke-vdna/ until a curated excerpt is deliberately copied.
AWX / Agents
Stable explanations for AEGIS_WORKSPACE, entities, UPLINK, and agent roles. Source of truth remains AWX canonical docs and repo-local files.
Customers
Only sanitized, intentionally curated client knowledge. No raw customer data, transcripts, vaults, runtime dumps, private exports or confidential working material.
Operations
User-facing operating notes only. Infra/runbook details that affect Pages, Access, DNS, Auth, Gateway, Docker, host, or secrets stay ARCUS-owned.
Intake Rules
Detailed intake policy: Content Intake.
Layer model: Wahrheitsschichten.
Short form:
- Import by allowlist, not crawl.
- Prefer short curated pages over broad copies.
- Each migrated page names source, owner, status and last reviewed date.
- Do not import secrets, tokens, private keys,
.envfiles, cookies, credentials, raw production data, customer raw exports, logs, database dumps, generatedsite/, or broadbraindump/material. - Do not make this Wiki the canonical source when another repo already owns the truth. Link back to the canonical source in page text.
Migration Readiness Gate
AEGIS may prepare structure and selected pages locally. Wider content migration waits for Robert explicitly naming the material/topic to prepare or for a stable repeated need from canonical sources.
Before handoff back, run:
mkdocs build --strict
Ownership Boundary
- AEGIS owns Wiki content structure, navigation, intake rules, and curated Markdown migration.
- ARCUS owns Pages, Access, DNS, Auth, provider setup, smoke checks, and host/runtime transport.
- Robert owns public-exposure/auth GO and any sensitive content decisions.
